To expand their convenience customer service promise and capitalize on the growing quick commerce market Żabka Group founded the start-up LITE-eCommerce to introduce the new format Żabka Jush a 15 minute B2C eFood delivery service similar to Gorillas, Flink and Co. To do so LITE-eCommerce built up a completely new software platform based on a best-of-breed approach and opened its own picking facilities in the form of dark stores. The service was launched in the Warsaw area and will be expanding throughout the main Polish metropolitan areas as well as internationally.
