Expansion of the management of OC fulfillment GmbH 

Dr. Jürgen Brock will join the management board of OC fulfillment GmbH on April 1, 2021. As Chief Executive Officer, he will continue to drive the successful development of the Cologne-based start-up. Brock moves from the global technology group Fujitsu to the Rhine. He thus strengthens the management team around Linda Kuhr (Marketing, Sales & Finance) and Björn Dröschel (Product & Technology) and brings additional expertise and international know-how to the start-up founded in 2020.

“The new task excites me very much. I am convinced that with our modular platform ‘fulfillmenttools’ we can effectively support retailers in building their own omnichannel experience for their customers. With fulfillmenttools, we are moving into one of the most important topic areas for retailers – at a time that shows the prevailing need to catch up more clearly than ever,” says Dr. Jürgen Brock. “With our modern platform, we enable retailers to quickly and scalably become fit for today’s omnichannel requirements of customers. The potential is huge. That’s what particularly excites me about the task.”

After holding positions at retail and technology companies such as Henkel, Apple and Infineon, Brock worked for Fujitsu in Germany, Japan and the USA in international management positions for around ten years. As Chief Marketing Officer of Fujitsu Americas, he led the company’s marketing activities for the U.S., Canada, the Caribbean and Central and South America, and most recently served as General Manager in Global Marketing at the company’s headquarters in Tokyo. In addition, Jürgen Brock is a guest lecturer at various universities, currently at ETH Zurich, and the author of various marketing and management publications in leading journals such as the California Management Review.

The renowned addition now completes the top management of OC fulfillment GmbH. “We are very pleased that we could win Jürgen as CEO. His track record is impressive, especially in terms of strategic development and marketing activities in a global technology group,” says Linda Kuhr. “After the successful launch of our fulfillmenttools platform, we want to take the next step and continue to grow as a company but also technologically. Dr. Jürgen Brock lives with his family in Bad Homburg. He has a daughter, plays tennis, dabbles in triathlon and takes photographs in his spare time.
