We are fulfillmenttools, passionate about technology, experienced, future oriented software company and spin-off from REWE digital, part of the REWE Group. The REWE Group is known as one of the leading retail and tourism co-operative groups based in Cologne, Germany, with total external sales of €96 billion (fiscal year 2024).
Our company empowers retailers and brands worldwide to better meet their customers’ fulfillment expectations, enhancing the customer experience and ultimately increasing sales. Leveraging 90 years of retail experience from the REWE Group and 10 years of order fulfillment experience, fulfillmenttools combines tech expertise with retail DNA.
Our goal
At the core of the platform is the Order Routing as part of the Distributed Order Management System (DOMS), which offers users the best routing decision for their orders, based on their individual criteria and data.
The Fulfillment Options allow retailers to offer comprehensive information to customers in their online stores and during checkout. To effectively distribute customer orders across the fulfillment network, we offer a reliable and precise overview of inventory levels throughout the retailer’s entire network. The Next Generation Order Management System (OMS) digitizes the entire fulfillment processes. The modular and scalable software architecture empowers retailers and brands to quickly launch omnichannel fulfillment and grow their applications as their business expands.
